| Come join us in downtown Dillsburg to bring in the New Year at Pickle Drop 2005. This will be the 12th Annual Pickle Drop. Activities include music on the street, pickle paraphernalia, bingo, magic act, ice sculpture, puppeteer, the big green balloons, pickle soup, chocolate covered pickles, deep fried pickles, along with other food items. |
| At midnight Mr. Pickle descends
into the pickle barrel marking the beginning of the New Year,
followed by a fireworks display. Festivities start
at 9:00pm and continue until 12:30am. The activities for the
evening are coordinated by DABA (Dillsburg Area Business Association)
with the cooperation of Citizens Hose Company. This event is sponsored
by local businesses. |
